Electricity Contract for the Investment Portfolio

 

 

Council is asked to:

 

1.    Approve in principle the award of a new electricity contract from 01 October 2026 to 28 September 2028 with Kent County Council LASER in respect of the Council’s commercial portfolio of Assets,

 

2.    Delegate authority to the Group Head of Assets to agree the terms of the electricity contract up to a value of £2.65m; and

 

3.    Authorise the Group Head of Corporate Governance to execute the associated legal documentation.

Response to Foundational Strategic Authority Consultation

 

 

Council is asked to:

 

1.    Agree to respond to the Combined Foundation Strategic Authority Consultation; and

 

2.    Agree the Council’s response and authorise the Interim Chief Executive to submit the consultation response on behalf Spelthorne Borough Council.

Disposal of Elmbrook House and 17 Station Road, Sunbury

 

 

Council is asked to:

 

1.    Approve the disposal terms as set out in this report (summarised in Appendix 4),

 

2.    Delegate authority to the Chief Finance Officer and Group Head of Assets, in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Corporate Policy and Resources Committee to agree minor variations to the Heads of Terms and adjustments to the sale price; and

 

3.    Delegate authority to the Group Head of Corporate Governance to enter into a transfer to complete the disposal and any ancillary legal documentation required in relation to the proposed disposal.
